2. Engage collaboratively to improve your existing in-house training program. A fresh perspective can make a huge difference.
3. Put my energy and delivery skills to work with your existing training partner. I am happy to work as outsourced talent for reputable training companies.
TYPICAL THREE-STEP PROCESS:
1. Assessment: Interviews with leadership and key staff; review of past internal and external surveys; review of PI, DISC or other recent third-party assessments; additional discovery as agreed to make training as relevant as possible.
2. Development: Using information gathered plus best practices gleaned over the past 20+ years, develop a multi-module training program around the most relevant topics.
3. Delivery: Facilitate / deliver scheduled training sessions with concepts, strategies, and takeaways that participants can put into practice on the job right away.
